Too Many Scripts Running At Once

I ran into the problem where I am running too many scripts at once. Instead of trying to really solve the issue I am getting rid of the mods that seem to be script heavy that I don't really want anymore. This brought around the question of how can I clean up my game from these scripts and do I have some ghost scripts from previous installed mods that are lingering around? I installed Fallrim Tools to see if that could assist in any way. It keeps telling me it is alright. Since scripts are my weakest part of modding and I decided to ask the community for some tips and tricks to help me out. Any advice that would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you need to select esp that you want to remove and remove scripts from it. But make a save backup, maybe I'm wrong?.
