In game when you looking at huge fps drop hit the tilde key on your keyboard(if need be google tilde key) after hitting tilde key your console will open and you can click on stuff like tables and whats on them, once you click on something review info that is presented and type on keyboard "disable", This make what was clicked on disappear.

I had similar problem once in wilderness, huge fps drop for no reason, luckily for me there wasnt much in view and removing a few juniper trees allowed me to identify that I had problem with my juniper trees. On my end I had a few mods touching juniper trees and I believe 1 mod was changing mesh and texture and another mod come behind a put a different texture on mesh that it was no good for.

You can have quantum computer from year 2037, if you have a mesh and text that is not working right then you have problems, Feeding your computer steroids won't help neither.

I would go into game and disable things through console and see if I could eliminate fps drop. Identifying culprit is main priority..

I am assuming you have good fps in other places where you have lots of content(Whiterun market during the day) If you have your game set up right then my guess is you have a mesh and text that is not playing nice.

If you use MO then you can use left window(mod list) to see what mods are touching stuff from breezehome mod. The problem could also be that breezehome mod is placing vanilla stuff(Ale,Dresser,Candlehorn) and outside of that mod you have other mods touching those items meshes, and or textures.

Disable everything in the house if you have to, when your done you can revert back to previous save and stuff will all be there so its hard/impossible for you to fuck shit up.

Im not sure if you're picking up what Im laying down. The idea is there is an item,or items, in your breezehome that is tanking your fps. Chances are if that is the case you have other mods in LO that are changing vanilla stuff that Breezehome mod is using in mod. I dont want you to think IM saying remove some items so there is less stress on your end, no im saying you have particular things in your home that is tanking your fps and you need to identify what those item(s) are, then go from there.

- 1 more idea would be to see if xedit says you have other mods specifically touching breezehome, you can load all mods into xedit and click on breezehome mod and open cell and find breezehome cell, should only be 1 cell touched coming from mod, adn see if other mods are touching it, highly doubt that is the cause of problem.

- If you have SMIM(Static Mesh Improvement Mod) I would test on new game with that mod not active, I have proven over and over I have no idea about NMM, should be easy enough to test with that mod not doing anything/not active.  The idea is that mod is changing a mesh along with text but you have  a mod coming after it changing the text for that particular mesh and its not compatible.

I almost 100% sure it's one or several items with high poly mesh.

For example, I had fps drop to almost 1 FPS, in one of Player homes,  and it was "Pile of coins". Each coin was high poly! So when you walk close, game engine start rendering this high poly meshes and stuck.
