What is this?

It just appeared randomly after 40+ hours of a crash and problem free game. The load order never changed. 

If I somehow get it away by transforming into a werewolf or changing my characters gender and changing it back via racemenu, it just appears again after a few moments.

Edit: My game crashes now whenever I try to enter Interiors while this thing glows..?

you can try and see if it is an effect or an object with console command .

after getting its RefID you can try and look for it in Xedit / TesEdit .

( know that the first 2 numbers are corresponding to a mod in the Load Order mod index )

its not an object, sadly. i cant click it no matter what angle or zoom i use

 

however what I found out was, it only happens when I exit the tavern in kynesgrove. after using the coc command, i can freely enter and exit anything without having green light or crashes. im confused
