Looking for a coder for a website

Hi all, I'm setting up a small website and I need a coder to write up something that can produce some calculations with given variables.

 

I have no code background so I assume I need to hire a coder.

 

Happy to hear my options (including if its possible to just do it myself).

 

Or if someone is a coder here, please send me a private message.
