Any successor for Deviously Helpless?

Hi there,

 

I'm looking for a mod which makes dangerous to wear restraints, because the NPCs will take advantage of you. D Helpless is very much out of date, doesn't recognize a lot of newer restraints. I know DCL has a similar feature, but it is way too big to install it just for this reason.

 

Is there any other mod with functionality similar to Deviously Helpless? Or maybe a patch for Helpless?
