Need help

I have too many things going on. Im not able to see some texts (appear as bubbles), I can't go play a certain household (crashes every time), i have nisa, wicked, and mccc errors all the time. please help. Also, i have pirated the game so updating the game is a tad bit hard. i have 1.80 verison.

There's no assistance for pirated versions of the game as per LoversLab rules.
