Nude sims changing to shower

When my sims are nude for any reason they still spin around before getting in the shower or getting in bed (they sleep nude). How can I make them realize they're already nude and just get in?

I had it the way I want it on my old computer but can't remember what I did.

make sure you don't use a nude outfit. With a nude outfit, sims are stupid and still think they have an outfit

I understand they think they're wearing an outfit but how can I get them to sleep nude without downloading a nude outfit?

As we all know, the "natural course" for shower or bed is to undress before entering, dress upon exit.

The only way to change the "natural course" is with MODs. You most likely had a MOD that would skip dress/undress if skin=nude. 

WickedWhims has settings for dress/undress options but not all situations.

Another option is to edit the game files yourself. Loads of XML Injector tutorials on this subject.
