Need info about the room/palace used in this mod and other places like that to download.

If you see this mod, the guy is in a room that is not in skyrim, a place, a mansion i don't know....

What I am looking for is mods that add places like that to use for screenshots (and that place in particular) and in wich section of the forum are they?
