If you see this mod, the guy is in a room that is not in skyrim, a place, a mansion i don't know....

What I am looking for is mods that add places like that to use for screenshots (and that place in particular) and in wich section of the forum are they?

Big exotic location mods are made by various authors and shared mainly in their own blogs. Some location mods are available on Nexusmods site.
