lockup of save after removing DD items

fresh new problem, now when I remove Devious Devices either by workbench unlock or demanding an NPC help through BDH, the game wont save after, it hangs on saving

 

so I could go back to an earlier save and hope the same problem doesnt happen

 

or I could try and fix this one, anyone got any ideas?

 

one thing is I look in resaver and I see dozens of dd:ddrestrainscript:  in script instances, are all of those meant to be there like is it one per device, or is there only meant to be one per worn item?
