Creation Kit crashing on one specific file

I am hoping that someone can help troubleshoot an issue I am having with creation kit.  Specifically when I go into the Scene tab when working on a quest, CK will crash .    It only happens with one file (X Minus One radio), as I can open the Scene tab in other quests.     Someone suggested an XML error, but when I built my own mod, I don't recall ever building an XML file.    So, first, do you think it is an issue with an out of date XML file specific to X Minus One, or is there some other thing I can try to fix it.  

 

I can open up the file within FO4Edit, but would rather do the work in CK.
