Male PC Sexlab Animations True Directional Movement TDM Head Tracking Bug HTB

While using a male PC, participating in certain Sexlab animations (i.e. Leito Missionary, stage 4), and using the True Directional Movement mod's head tracking feature, the male PC's torso will bend upwards slightly, and back into proper position upon stage switch.

I am now familiar with, thanks to anubiss, the HTB fix for NPCs (SetAnimGraphVar IsNPC 0), and have had this happen with the PC Head Tracking and Voice Type SE mod (the fix being disabling head tracking in that mod's MCM).

But now I am experiencing the same bug while using TDM's head tracking, and neither the HTB fix for NPCs nor messing with TDM's head tracking settings fixes the issue. I'm fairly certain it has something to do with this article, but I am no scripter so I have no certain clue. I am also using the Nemesis patch mentioned in TDM's mod page.

Can some more experienced Skyrim SE modders shed some light on this situation, and hopefully have a fix that does involve uninstalling TDM completely? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update:

So disabling TDM's nemesis patch fixes the bug, no need to even disable TDM's head tracking. But now, the bugs mentioned in TDM's article will happen...? I'm not certain because I haven't used TDM  long enough to experience any other bugs.
