rotating camera over npc mod??? (request)

hey guys one question,you know when you away of pc and running skyrim the game start to rotate like a camera around you,i looking same effect of camera but i want the camera rotate around a npc , i will like take some nice movie clips for my youtube channel :D.

 

if anybody know a mod doit that effetc plis telling me because iam searching and no luck so far.
