Found this tool which was linked from the "unreal engine modding tools gothub page" https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/587 Extracts the model and texture with no issues. some of textures. Tutorial of the tool can be found at the following hyperlink https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/UPK_Explorer To make the nude mod, suggest to use the police dlc costume, costume 4 which her in a hospital gown & costume 5 that has her only with tank top singlet. The uncertainty is putting it back into the game but that is for later research.
