Check the deployment order and what exact files are being overwritten by what. Plugin load order has nothing to do with it. You may have accidentally two instances of Sexout installed, - in that case you will have only one plugin in"Plugins" tab but two different versions in "Mods" tab. One overwrites the other, therefore Vortex will report one version as redundant.

In "Mods" tab click "Manage rules", filter by Sexout and analyse what is being deployed in what order and look through "conflicting files".
