Like pretty everyone else here i have like 2000 or 3000 mods. And after update some of those just got broken or bugged.

For example some clothes and even hairstyles now got a shiny texture. Some just got black. Is there any way to fix that or do something?

Because manually searching for broken mods and deleting those will take decades!

well... first of all:

sort your mods / mod folders ;) will make it more easy to figure out broken mods

and, if it is about CC stuff like clothing, hair, etc (packages) you can use The Sims 4 Studio to update/repair those files (most of the time)

I'm getting that shiny texture thing too :(

Then see above, @thaclonejust gave you the way to start fixing it. I'm not sure about you Windows users, if you are one, but on a Mac it shows the date of a file. If something is several years old, then maybe it's time to remove it. Unlike the OP, I don't have thousands of files in my sims folder so I don't run into this problem and when I have an issue it's easy to find. Keep your folder organized and it makes it simple to find offending files to update or remove.

As already said, everything about CAS and Build & Buy Mode CC you can easily bring up to date with Sims 4 Studio. As far as I know, damaged CCs are automatically sorted out. For script mods, the best thing to do is to make a list of links where you downloaded them. The only thing that helps is to check every single script mod for updates with every game update. Script mods that are no longer updated by the developer, you have to completely remove them from your game if they cause problems.
