Is there a tutorial or set of tutorials that can help me convert outfits from LE CBBE or UNP to SE CBBE 3BA?

I have a couple of outfits that I liked from LE that have not gotten conversions to Acro's 3BA mod and want to convert them myself. Could anyone help direct me to some resources that can teach me how to do that?

the quick process explan is - export from 3dmx\3d app with nif plugin to sse version and use outfitstudio reference with importing ur new mesh,conform it and save project,

Or use nif optimizer for sse conversion and then outfitStudio process.( I skipped body fit and rig part)
