[Request] Chanpon Race for Skyrim

As the title say, i'm looking for a conversion of Oblivions Chanpon Race, for Skyrim.

it's especially the face geometric i'm interessted in, as it looks cute imo.
Sadly there is no conversation to be found and as i got no clue how to make something like this, i got to ask for help and someone who may have the spare time convert this race.

i don't even know how complicated this would be. if it's to complicated, let me know.
