BTW: Please don't "Quote" the entire comment. Just a word or sentence to point to it - that is... IF - someone wants to Re-Read the entire thing.  Thanks.

 

Using Quotes is more for making references to different sections of a comment, or from a number of different people's Posts. 

In this case the entire post is right above your reply - so why have it posted twice? It's a pretty big article.
