I started by adding the mods, then hit update FNIS behavior, waited for a while till the success message appeared then launched the game through SKSE64.  Once ingame i hit install Sexlab and wait a few mins and here's what i can find on the console:

It seems SexLab does not find an animation with the parameters the mod you used to start an anim specified.

Open the SexLab MCM and go to "Toggle Animations" (sixth page). Look if there are any animations. SexLab SE Beta 9 sometimes has the issue to not register any anims. Not sure what causes it, and how to fix it. It fixed itself somehow on its own for me.

Next, open the page "Animation Settings" (second page) and untick "Restrict Aggressive Animations" on the right column. In case you are trying to start an aggressive anim this allows SexLab to choose any anim, not just aggressive ones, and it might find a fitting one.
