Strip club not showing up-Wicked Whims

I do have the most recent version of Sims 4, I just downloaded WW a few days ago and I had the option to open up a strip club/retail shop.  Now when I go into the game it's just gone. I removed all my mods/animations and kept WW ,still not showing up. I even uninstalled Sims and reinstalled and tried again with only WW but the stripper club option is still not showing up. I am able to purchase the items for the strip club,so I'm super confused what else I can do.

 

I even created a new sim and placed in a dif world still not an option. What is going on and how do I fix this ?

What is exactly not showing up? You should build a strip club, mark it as "Generic" lot type. In your sims telephone you should no have the option to buy it... Is it the option to buy the club what is not showing up? You need to have a valid strip club already built to be able to buy it.

Prior on my phone it gave me the option to buy a vet clinic,buy a strip club,buy a retail shop and all that is showing up now is just to purchase a vet clinic. I'm newer to this so maybe I miss understood it. But all three of those options were on my phone and now gone. So that's where the confusion is happening.

 

I'll try your suggestion on building it and see if that prompts it.

Mine works perfectly fine. If you removed all your mods and custom content you should not have any other conflicts causing trouble. You are looking in the "household" category in the phone menu, right? If the option is still not there please attach the wickedwhimslog file here so we can take a look.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I had owned and operated a strip club before updating the mod. I can still visit my club, but the management option is no longer there in my phone. It used to be its own category where I could manage strippers and custodians, but now it's gone. Also, when I go there I don't have any options to manage anything like I did before (e.g. Restock bar, assign stripping locations, etc)

Is your sims still owning the strip club? If you moved your sim to a different lot or household he/she might no longer own the club, and you might need to buy it again.

Nothing shows up in the phone still Let me figure out how to upload a log file I'm so new to this lmao.

 

But I did locate in the lot mode when when you can create a park,residential,lounge ect it has strip club and it's greyed out saying I need to purchase the get to work expansion to create a strip club.. But I thought that was no longer needed,unless I'm incorrect and that's the problem?

It requires get to work. As far as i know it has always required get to work, so no idea how did you make it work before without the expansion. Take a look, it is quite clear in the strip clubs web page...

I too am having this problem wanting to open a strip club but can't because the option isn't there? See attached photo. I would very much enjoy having the option back but don't know what is wrong

I also had this problem with the new phone UI.

I found it under the hammer menu.

Bought it and it works.

I have the problem that I bought the strip Club before the newest update (I also have get to work) and now it says I don’t own it. When I want to buy it again I can’t because it is owned by someone (me) but I don’t own it. It is the same household. I can’t manage strip club options neither, the option is just not there (I guess because of the new phone update). I can still visit it but nobody is there.

 

Can someone help me please?

Go to the Strip Club with the Sim that's supposed to be the owner and type in this command: ww.stripclub_reclaim_lot

I am also having this issue, just downloaded WW for the first time and I have all other WW features besides the strip club feature no matter what I do. Building a generic lot doesn't give me the option to buy a strip club. Are there specific items I need to place in the generic lot maybe?

You need to have the Get to Work Expansion Pack installed for Strip Clubs to become available.

Hello there I had the same problem and deleted everything and then eventually I found out that the "buy a stripclub option" was still in the phone but by the home option. Usually wicked whims creates a different section for a strip club but turns out to buy it, it's by the home option. I think this is when the phone has all the different options from all expansion packs it can't take the extra amount so moved the buy a strip club option by the home option . Not entirely sure but it's there .

Hello, I’m currently also dealing with this LOL. I downloaded the ww mod a couple months ago and just recently got the get to work pack, and I’ve made a strip club before getting the pack. I set it as generic but I can neither own it as a strip club and the buy option doesn’t show up anywhere on the phone/computer. Weirdly enough the buy retail option doesn’t show up either on the phone.
