Finally got this bloody thing to work

I was unable to get any animations to work after installing this and tried reading the forums for solutions - checked load order, re-installed data pack, disabled-saved-re-enabled, tried with and without wsex,ap etc. Nothing. The characters just stood there looking at each other(naked), then after a time reset. Everything shood have worked, had the options in pipboy, characters disrobed, TFC was working but they just refused to animate. Bastards! Then I remembered having problems before with some pose mods and wsex. Fired up the Geck, loaded fnv esm, all pose mod esps and all sex mod esps and went into gameplay/idle animations. Pose mods animations like to load themselves at the top of this list by default. Moved the sex mod animations up above them(in order), saved as a new esp, and voila, sexout animations now work.

I realise this solution has probably already been covered in the main sexout thread but if it has I missed it. Hopefully anybody else late to the party with the same problem will read this and be able to get a up and running without having to read a 90 odd page documentary.

That's an issue I should probably note somewhere. It's weird that they'd conflict though; sounds like the conditions on the other pose mods aren't set right for pickidle to work.

By default the sexout animations in the ESM are at the top of the list.

If you have other mods that install idle animations or poses (actual new ones in game, not just replaced .kf files), loading sexout *after* those other mods will usually fix it. If the changes are coming from an ESP, that's a different story.

I'm going to try to address this eventually by using playidle instead of pickidle, but that's harder than it sounds. In the mean time, moving them back to the top in your own ESP will certainly work. I may move the idles into an ESP instead just for this reason, so it can always be loaded last.
