It's right there in your image, you're using a 1x skin...

so do i switch to 4x skin ?

[1] install one or two 4x Skins in ActiveMod

[2] enable the 4X Mod in the Options Manager (Binaries\TK17_OptionsMan.exe)

[3] select a 4X skin in the Customizer.

actually.. i was wrong (my memory isnt what it used to be)

you don't need to enable to 4X Body Mod in Options Manager (UNLESS it has been disabled)

 

what you need to do is use the 4X / 2X Skin selection in the Customizer Room.

Select 4X Body (and/or Face) and then leave the Customizer Room and start it up again.

Now the 4X skins you have installed will be available in the Skin Base dropdown list

i found the problem it was the nipples, i had to change them and that fixed the issue.
