Character just stand behind each other, with Sound but no Animation

Hi everyone, i hope you are all doing well!

  i tried the last 3 days to fix this but i give up. Its my first time modding skyrim with loverlabs.

Its kind of strange, only the animations dont work, Sound and the mod menu in the game work.

The Character just stand behind each other sometimes and sometimes they stand IN each other.

I´m using Mod organizer and allways run FINS first.

 I installed FINS directly into the skyrim folder because it didnt used the right path when i loaded it in mod organizer

i added a pic of my mod organizer screen

This is the FINS log;

@Waldnexus I found the issue. There was a step that I skipped that you likely did as well. You'll need to run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, typically found at the file path below:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

First select any available patches at the bottom of the screen (for me I only needed "GENDER Specific Animations") then click <Update FNIS Behavior>. Let it run and keep an eye out for any warnings. It should come up saying X number of animations loaded.

I loaded SSE using the skse64_loader, checked to make sure SexLab was installed in-game and all checks were green "OK". Interacted in a test animation and it worked! Now I just need to fix my disappearing schlong during animation...

I would recommend re-installing FNIS, I can see 3 FNIS mods in your load order, check out this video and get it installed right. Do let me know if it worked or if you need more help.
