Mod like Devious Carriages but for Fast Travel?

I was wondering if there was a mod like Devious Carriages but for Fast Travelling

 

So, for example, you choose to fast travel, but there's a chance of an event happening that interrupts your trip

 

(sort of like allowing full fast travel, but providing an incentive to not use it. And I don't mean a cost to use it, more like a risk)

 

(BTW, doesn't necessarily have to be Adult, but I put it in this section because I feel like the sort of thing I'm talking about would end up as Adult)

Fast Travel Ambushes and Consequences is the only one I know about and I have yet to try it out myself.
