Weird behavior of men sims

I noticed that in my game, men equip heels and put makeup on.

Now i know i have many mods running like KawaiiStacy mods and LittleMsSam. But i do not remember allowing autonomy for men to act like it. Though it appears that everyone is putting on facemask as well. Which is KawaiiStacies mod for sure.

Did i do something wrong in the settings?

I experiment with the settings to see if i can solve it. I kind of like the mod.
