FPS Problem on Civil War Quest on Whiterun

Can i handle Skyrim well with I3 9100F, Rx 570 4gb and 8 GB Memory.If not,what mod should i remove ?

Most of memoryload is caused by texturemods,especialy HD Mods. Also effektmods.

If you use MO2 make a profilcopy for testing and deaktivate texture and lightning mods.

Also masses of npc and lighteffects in one scene can reduce the fps dramaticly (warscenery Whitrun,Windhelm) with lots of modding and a lowend system.

ENB can also cause fps drops.

 

A highly cost of time but the best way...go to the scene with fps drop,save and then deaktivate mod by mod to find out which one causes your problem

Unfortunately modding requires a lot of both system memory and VRAM, which your computer doesn't have.

 

I assume your monitor resolution is 1080p, otherwise you should change Skyrim resolution to use 1920 x 1080 format.

 

Avoid both 2K and 4K textures for body, armors and landscape mods if possible (i.e. use 1K textures when possible).

 

A lot of NPC's are nice for immersion but it puts a lot of strain on script engine and thus your CPU, which is already struggling feeding data to your graphics card fast enough. Try to reduce mods adding more NPC's.

 

Try to activate VSYNC, so your graphics card is not constantly requesting data from CPU.

 

Considering your limited hardware, i would advice you to start making a small mod setup with limited number of mods. Test it for performance. If good performance then add a few more mods and test again. Repeat until you start getting too low performance.

 

In short, your CPU is constantly busy swapping data to harddisk/SSD pagefile to free both system memory and VRAM. Try to reduce number of mods significantly.

Thanks for your advice dude.I,ve actually not use NPC add on except for immersive patrol and obis.Usually i have more than 60 FPS if it's not too many NPC  or in combat.I think i should safe some money later to buy Memory.Thanks for your reply.

8mb system ram should be enough,your problem is 4gb vram. You could try a 8gb graphic card from a friend to check if it solve you're problem before spending a lot of money.
