Troubles with the Terimer race

I've been wanting to play the Terimer race but it hasn't been working for me, I read the direction and does as it says and it does not work for me. I tried manually installing it and installing it through Oblivion Mod Manager but it will not show up in the races.. or even the cm partner that it comes with. Am I the only one with this problem? If not, can someone help me and figure out what I've done wrong.

Where is your load order? 

Did you install UOP or the custom race fix? 

If you don't install one of those two then custom races won't show up.

 

You need to give folks the proper information if you really want help.

If the race doesn't show up in the menu, chances are you either didn't activate the mod, or it's not set as playable.

Other problems are... Uncommon, and you'll have to provide your load order for us to help you with them.

Fixed the problem, sorry about all that... x_x; my mind dherped and didn't check my data files before starting the game. I am a complete idiot. Thanks for helping though.
