WOTR came out and it's pretty decent. the early bit of the game is a bit /rolleyes but with some portraitpacks and a skippy mod I think it could start up some pretty awesome modding. There are npc's in the game that wear only their skivvies, so I believe the chance of this being moddable now is pretty high. I personally hate the gear system where it's "class" armour that cannot be removed.

In regards to nudity, the quickest and easiest way to go about this would be finding some way to remove or alter the default brown (always brown, outfit color changes do nothing) chestwrap/shorts that are used whenever a standard class is not chosen/"none" option picked using the Visual Adjustments mod for the player doll.  In the beta apparently when this happened there wasn't actually a model linked up for unkown catagories, so players ended up with the nekkid ken/barbie doll effect. 

 

I don't have the first clue how to go about this, however. 

 

While we are at it for a wishlist, I wonder if there is a way to tweak the proportions, or if they are all tied to base models.  Hm.

For obvious reasons, I'd be interested in this as well. I imagine eventually a feature that is added to the uh, toybox mod or what have you, might allow you to select and remove the shorts/underwear, but that's just a guess. Not really sure how the game works under the hood. I'm baffled people are capable of understanding and interacting with the internal code of the game on such a level already.

I think with the enhanced grafios compered to kingmaker and a bigger overall interest in the game there might be some nice mods comming for the nsfw section. They have already semi nude character models in the game for humans, elves, half-elves, etc. (one quest lat´s you crash a party of nobles where courtisans dancing on tables who are wearing just underwear)

 

The succubi and inccubi demon models have several outfits incl. skimpy ones. Hell, they even have a capital city where the queen of all succubi resides. Here´s a picture from Owlcat games:

However, the game still has a lot of bugs. I think the last big patch was just this week. Mine is now on 1.0.1c.

Owlcat has proven that they are working hard in fixing stuff and the overall launch is better then kingmaker, but before people start modding stuff (which also takes time) it would be the best to wait a bit before the first big patch hits.

  • Swarms dealt damage each time they touched a unit instead of once per round - fixed
  • Some of Mythic Angel's summons had zero charges - fixed
  • Arcanist's Arcane Reservoir could sometimes stop replenishing after rest - fixed
  • Swarm-that-Walks' Swarm Feast ability wasn't correctly giving 50% miss chance against ranged attacks - fixed
  • Swarm-that-walks can use Devour twice on one target (first time passively when killing someone with spell, and second time with Devour ability after save-load) - fixed
  • Swarm-that-Walks' Devour ability could be used on living targets - fixed
  • Swarm-that-Walks suffered during camping due to the lack of companions - fixed, we added some mechanics to ease it
  • Swarm-that-Walks could lose some abilities when leveling up - fixed

Turn-based mode
 
  • A turn would freeze for a mounted character, if the mount has used its movement, but the player tried to attack regardless - fixed
  • Cairn Wights couldn’t be killed in TBM because they got more temporary HP every time you highlight them with a mouse, or their turn starts - fixed
  • Sometimes, highlighting an enemy character will provoke an attack of opportunity against it - fixed

  • Armor is not displayed when equipped on pets - fixed
  • Metamagic effects didn’t apply to scrolls crafted on rest - fixed

  • Bows' visuals have been improved.
  • Occasionally you couldn’ pause by pressing the spacebar - fixed
  • The tank is always selected from the party to loot containers, even if he/she is farther away from it than others. Now the character, who can get to it faster, will pick the loot
  • Monitor lizard animal companion was moving backwards - fixed
  • A crash to the main menu could occur when loading a location, due to a unit missing the visual part - fixed
  • Fixed an issue when a scimitar was sheathed incorrectly
  • All of Animal Companion's equipment disappeared after respecialization - fixed.


UPD:
We are aware of the issues some of you are experiencing with the game crashing at 92%, specifically on computers (most commonly laptops) with an integrated Intel GPU. Thanks to the logs you sent us, we managed to identify the problem, and are working on a fix at the moment. However, the problem is rather complex, and fixing it will take some time. We expect to complete this work in about two weeks. Please accept our apologies for this delay.

There's a Visual Adjustments mod on Nexus (latest versions always on Github, linked on Description page).  I'm not a programmer, just an instructions-following type of guy, but I wonder if utilizing that mod in some way - hitching a ride on it, so to speak - might be the easiet approach?

I am a proud patreon of Calm, one of my favourite artist, and i use his work as profile pictures for Pathfnder. :)

However, your pictures are great. Wonderful artwork. Are you on Nexus with those? Maybe create a few default for the main character? (for example a few to fit Angel/Demon/Azata/Devil Appearance.

You can use the ones I posted as replacers for companions using the same visual adjustments mod, either start a new game or head to the pathfinder guy and go to the custom character creation menu and create a few custom portraits, then replace the small, medium, and fulllength .png files with whichever custom image you wanted to use. In the visual adjustments folder, under the character you want to modify, say Seelah, head to her name and click select doll. In the underlying menu, just need to click use custom and select the appearance you want. So far no way I know of to replace non-party characters, which is a shame, I'd love to do queen Galfrey for example, but it is what it is.

Install Unity Mod Manager, then use it to install the Visual Adjustments mod on Github.

Press CTRL and F10 at once to bring up the mod manager UI.

Select the character you want to edit. (They are listed by their name)

Click the select EELS category.

On the right pane you'll see statistics like Name, sex, class so on.

You'll see game data like EE_Head02A next to those stats. Just got to the part that lists your class clothing. Click it, then click the remove button that pops up.

Any ideas which model this is? Could be swapped in with the Visual Enhancements mod then. It's just a statue but may use a player model.

Never seen that ingame. The only statues that have a bit more detail then the avarage ruin statue are the ones of Deskari, Baphomet and Nocticula. But the female in the screenshot is not Nocticula.

Found another different one. In a certain hall with a dragon's egg in act 5. I couldn't find any of these through the EE editor in visual adjustments though :/

Using the Visual Adjustments mod currently. Got a Lich on the go and want to turn your skeleton companion into a Undead Girl Doll. Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this? I'll let you know what I find with my experimentation if no one else finds anything.

Edit EE's. Remove default ones and put in the female Dhampir body, head, hair and brows and make the skin pale white so look more undead. Sexiest clothing so far (not that good) is female succubus.

Colors can be adjusted for all EE's but only in their respective ranges so take the succubus dress 'colorable'. There's a few almost black/white options.

When I tried to do that the head on the champion would deform like crazy. I have used an override instead for now. Changed my Skeleton Champions override to Delameres which works great.
