XENH Race?

There was this race mod on the FNV Nexus called "XENH Race". It basically added standard humans but with a face texture of a damaged skin revealing terminator-style robot parts. It's no longer on the Nexus and I can't find it anywhere. It used to be somewhat popular, so does anyone have it or at least know the original author? Thanks.

I remember the mod and have also been looking for it.  Did you ever find it?
