Sexually functional futa sims

Ive been looking for days already trying to find a mod that lets me have a female sim having a dick and being able to have sex with it. ive traid several mods, such as Noirs, but its not working the way i described.

When you in the Create A Sim screen, click to the plumbob icon at the very top left. Then, click yes to the "Does this sim has a penis". And then, start playing with your sim. When you get in game, click on your sim and then wickedwhims > personalization > body selector > this sim > soft penis / hard penis. And last thing you have to do is give your sim soft and hard penis from there.   @peepeepoopoo28
