Is using clothing/armor mods for different body types feasible at all?

Title. I like to use lots of different clothing mods, but many don't even all support the same type. If it's not feasible, how would one go about converting them to the desired body types quickly? If there's no such thing, I just won't use that mod, haha. Links to in-depth guides are appreciated.

 

Also, for my SFW playthrough(s), I'm often frustrated that so many gorgeous dresses and armors just, have no panties. Plus I'd be using skins without a vagina texture and my character's crotch would just have a massive purple spot, haha. I'd like to know of a good equippable bras/panties mod that doesn't clip through things too much. Tried using that one underwear texture mod on the Nexus but it didn't really help with the crotch spot, and looked weird anyway.

Oh and as far as underwear is concerned, use a body that it set up for sfw. Use Bodyslide to 'make' the body you want to use. Then use Outfit Studio tools to adjust the outfits to it. Something like that, the guide will help you better. I'm still learning some of it as well ?
