Looking for the Source of this Beautiful Animation

I found this amazing animation on Rule34 years ago 

 

and recently I started played Sims 4 with WhickedWhims Mod and started trying to find this amazing animation and hope I could play it on my Sims!

 

but I couldn't  find the author who made this beautiful animation...

 

 

I have tried to look for it from Amra72, Mike, OLala and Grey Naya So far.. 

 

is this the animation from one of the WhickedWhims Mod?? or is the content for patron only ?
