Unable To Start New Game...Can Load Game Perfectly Fine

I am currently at a loss as to what is going wrong. I first installed all my non sexout stuff, tested it out for a while, it all worked fine, no crashes or conflicts anywhere. I could load a game or start a new one with no issues. I then installed the Sexout framework SCR, and nvse extender, tested it out, worked fine. I then went ahead and installed the other "big" sexout stuff, like pregnancy, slavery, tryouts, etc. The game still worked fine, so I then went ahead and downloaded the rest of the sexout plugins that I use. Now, I can still load a game, but no matter what, whenever I start a new game, I CTD every time. I will post load order and windows "Event viewer" error log in the hopes that maybe somebody can figure out what is going wrong.

That just kind of happens. Deactivate all mods, run the chargen until you get control, save, quit, and reactivate your mods.
