tttdfsdfs Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 I'm looking for a way to make the game think my character is a female so that i can play the mod "Thief" by Dogma which you cant play if your character is a male.. I tried the command sexchange but my character looks all weird and i don't want it to have a female body Would you guys know a way to change my character's gender without changing its appearance?
jfraser Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 i wish. i tried to make a mod that allowed you to disguise yourself as the opposite gender. i could not find a way to do it other than force OpenRaceMenu and actually change the gender.

As I understand it, it does not change an appearance towards Skyrim, it changes sex directly. Man becomes woman and reverse we might as well follow the advice of @jfraser

I certainly hope somebody else can figure it out.

In Skyrim, I find it impossible, females in Skryim seem weak by design, even with NPCs like Uthgerd and Mjoll and Aela. idk if it's the voice actors or what. I have yet to find a mod that adds muscular women in my own tastes. In Fallout 4 and other games like GTA Online I find it much easier. Fallout 4 seems much more intended to have both options presented as strong. In the Falloutverse, women are still very much discriminated against, so you can imagine what Nora has to go through even as a lawyer. in GTA Online, your character doesn't speak and has a somewhat lean body type. Even though Skyrim has BodySlide and body mods, everyone seems to focus entirely on bimboification which kinda pisses me off. The overly effeminate walking animations, imo, are ugly and distracting. All in all, it's up to your playstyle, but if you want to play that mod, it's best played as a female character anyways.

If it's not too spaghetti-coded you should be able to figure it out with limited programming experience. The issue is that you misunderstood OP's intention. yps has a quest to feminize a male character and eventually turn them into a girl. But that's literally what the OP doesn't want. They want their character to remain male, but the game data to pretend his cis male character is a woman as a workaround. UBE has an amazing muscular body option on UNP's end too. There's animations that add realistic, gender neutral animations as well. Though I don't think vanilla women look particularly weak at all, nor that strength and feminity are antitheses (what's cuter than a girly orc?), you're right that that the Skyrim modding community leans strongly towards fetishizing bimbos. I should probably start putting out some femdom mods to balance it out at one point lol
