height won save ii game end up underground cant play :(

when i start the game with the skse loader i walk aroind first bit of the game before you start it , start a new game then im put into white dust thats it but hear moving so games playing. then i change the height in gam and its fixed im sitting on the wooden wagon. then when i come out of settings the hight goes back to nothing again it wont save . please help!! i just got this today im chompin at the bit to get it working

If i understood you right you are starting the normal vanilla cart ride. This one is very troublesome if you modded your game to some extent. Best you install live another life so you get a less troublesome start option. If that doesn't fix your problem, to help you better and others who might be better at giving you an answer for your problem, please post the mods you are using, maybe you forgot to install something important.
