Any one a idea how to mod it? has some preety good live2d and would be fun to make them skimpyer.

Realy no one into it? the animations are real good and the jiggel is on point.

Many different reason for no one or only a selected few actually giving a try in modding it.
Among them:

1. Mobile Game
   1.a - Mobile games usually have some kind of filecheck when starting be it simple file check or md5 filecheck
   1.b - Redistributing it isn't really viable, in some cases the modded file can be a single huge file.
2. Not mainstream
3. Online
4. You may need in some specific cases use a 3rd party software to decrypt encrypted data. (ie: Honkai Impact, Genshin)
5. You will need to update your patch whenever a new update come out.
6. In some cases the publisher will ban players when "tampered" files were found during a file check or mid game.
   5.a - And even if the modder put it in disclaimer that you may be banned, some users will still complain about being banned and yada~yada.

I already tried it with Sword Master Story, but while I was able to create a mod it wouldn't launch properly.
It got past the file check but that was all, game would crash right after.
