What kind of body/preset can get me a relatively fit body with physics ?

Hello.

Up until recently I've been running Skyrim SE with BHUNP + Bodyslide on top of the "stock" UNP renewal available on the Nexus.

Back then, I had the "athletic" body type selected, as opposed to skinny, and had a Dragonborn woman character who was fit, but not hyperswole bodybuilder levels of ripped.

Later, I've been told I've doing things wrong by having UNP Renewal when I already had BHUNP and Bodyslide installed, since BHUNP didn't require UNP Renewal.

So, I uninstalled the "redundant" mod and the game ran just fine.

However, my current combo of [BHUNP 3BBB Advanced Ver 2 Outfit/Body & BHUNP - UNP preset] gets me far skinnier characters than what I'm used to.

Please, could you tell me what kind of Outfit/Body and/or preset I'll need to make a "fit, but not too fit" Dragonborn, or at least the "athletic" version of the old UNP Renewal?

Ideally, I'd also like physics on top (I've heard 3BBB is among the best, hence why I was using it).

Is there an Outfit/Body and Preset combo that I'm forgetting? should I reinstall any of the following:

RaceMenu,

Baka Haeun UNP (BHUNP),

HDT-SMP,

CBPC - CBP Physics with Collisions,

SINful CBP,
mouth textures from Fair Skin,

Expressive Facegen Morphs SE,

Expressive Facial Animation (Female and Male),
High Poly Head SE, Bijin Skin - UNP 8K Body Diffuse

and the rest is hair, eyes, brows, makeup and warpaint replacers

(I obviously have a XPMSEE Skeleton installed and I update FNIS everytime I mess with animations).

I've encountered a mod called FAMOUS (Fitness and Muscle options Utility Suite for UNP) but it's for Oldrim, so I'm afraid experimenting with it is useless.

Thank you for your guidance!

You'll have to be more specific about "fit but not too fit."  Do you mean the textures on the body, or the thickness of the body?

As far as thickness goes, you could find a preset that comes close and then tweak it to your liking, then save it as a new preset. Its probably the best way to get exactly what you want in a body shape.

For textures, I use a mod called "CBBE muscle solution" which basically makes it so the higher the weight, the more muscular the skin texture. I don't know if UNP has an equivalent, but muscular textures for UNP exist for sure.

These two characters are using the same "maximum ripped" textures, but the feeling is different because of the difference in body shape.
