i have patched CGO and Violens.

xedit shows no conflicts,

Decapitations are turned off.

Any one know what is causing this?

lol ny Friend, i have had it in the back of my mind that it could be the culprit. i have high poly damn everything i can get my hands on.

Npc's, icow, obis, etc.

the neck slit animation is more of an annoyance (it's just the best looking animation for me) and it's a pain because it's a flaw in my game i want to fix.

but if it is Highpoly npc's then im just going to Neck break or choke the targets.

im running headhunter with infiltratie and assasinate. so sneaking attack's are a focus for this set-up.

i am basing this setup around LOTD so i just want to set up in Solitude as an Imperial vampire., fill the gallery and see what happen's around the edge's vanilla wise.

i have never done an Imperial playthrough and i think LOTD shouild fit in.

it's a flaw in my game i'd like to fix but in no way will i sacrifice high poly npc's.

i'm gonna test it....
