Devourment Refactor Eltmer Fairy Race Skull Size Patch.

Makes Eltmer Fairies added by this mod drop appropriately sized skulls. (0.85)


Upon newer testing it turns out that you have to start a new game for this mod's effects to take place. There's not much I can do about it unfortunately...
