Skyrim SE crashing right as "Bethesda" screen transitions

As the title says, my game crashes as the Bethesda screen with the gear changes to the next screen. I thought the issue was RAM, so I updated my BIOS and installed more RAM (32G), however, the problem persists. My loadout should be below. It's entirely possible that I have conflicting mods. Does anyone have any advice, or has anyone had a similar problem?172332989_Screenshot2021-08-15020436.png.6fd7bd631ea95d0109d23cb7cd624c8b.png1601550258_Screenshot2021-08-15020345.png.7c77d036fe622e7eac8614e613e070c8.png964666264_Screenshot2021-08-15020322.png.b9a4590b0ac41ba745940ef425e4fd18.png1956174307_Screenshot2021-08-15020303.png.a1170e848cc29cf4a9f95f0b2157e4d7.png1572729455_Screenshot2021-08-15020234.png.935ced7d2fbdee11c0297f0fdcc2f8bc.png1993945260_Screenshot2021-08-15020040.png.ff751928d5925dc17b5416a6738c6bec.png1213567142_Screenshot2021-08-15020000.png.7dd777ac84ef1e0555dcd9a5535ee86e.png

Ok, not knowing your technical level of knowledge, I have to base it on what  you posted.

First, this is not the screen shot that would help.   This is the mod list.   The list that will show an error is the plugin view, as it will show the load order.   However, some observations right off the bat:

The error you are describing is fairly common with incorrect load orders or missing master .esps.    I am 95% certain that you are correct in saying you have a load order issue.   So the first step is to have LOOT take a look at your load order.

Second, Vortex is supposed to note mod conflicts (some here have complained loudly that it sucks at doing this, but I have never had any issues and found it extremely useful) so it will note a missing .esp.   As you would see the warning (missing esp), it makes it even more likely that you have a poor load order.

However, syou may be lacking a dll or .net framework.   Is your GPU have updates pending?   Finally, try this link  (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40117) as it may have some steps that you haven't done yet.  You only have about 140 mods so, I doubt RAM was your issue.  I run 127 with  only 16GB of RAM with no issues.

So, I recommend getting LOOT (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1918) and run it through once.   Check your GPU for updated drivers, and check that microsoft does not have updates pending for the .net.

Ya boi did not think to check the plugin files. Many, many warnings to work through. I'll update this as I go through them all!
