Sudden weird errors in MO2

Hello. it was working fine earlier today, then i sadly decided to install this enb and reshade (links is description)
 

Now MO2 is giving me this (attached file).
I uninstalled both reshade and enb and i even deleted the physical folder of skyrim se....the issue remains and the game won't launch with skse due to a rel error of sse engines fix.

I have 0 ideas wwhat is causing this

Tried that, didn't work. I tried reinstalling all of them one by one, didn't work.

Then, suddenly, all was ok once again. I suppose it was mod organizer doing some serious crap, but i have no idea how, why or what
