Wicked Whims - Blood on leg

Apologies if this is a daft question, but I have all the menstrual cycle settings disabled in wicked whims, yet every now and then an NPC sim will have blood running down their right thigh, and it never goes away. Is there a guarenteed way to remove this blood for good?

I believe that'd be a part of Nisa's Wicked Perversions virginity feature.

I'm not sure how to get rid of the blood though, since I haven't used that mod in a while!

I have found out that taking a hot bath at least two in the same day seems to help. Which is odd because you would think a shower would be more accurate.
