Micro, small, average, large, enormous, colossal, etc. I'll just make a question list and update as resolved. Anal size: [RJW Extension] comfort of toys like plugs. comfy buff if appropriate size or pain debuff if too big for part size. Example, average anus with small/medium plug (comfy), average anus with large plug (tightly) size affects pain levels from coitus Penis: Semen volume, size affects pain levels from coitus Vagina: size affects pain levels from coitus Breasts: [Milkable colonists] milk volume, movement, manipulation Request list: genital size affects: fertility, sex need fulfillment (tighter fit equals better sex but maybe more pain like with the plugs), pregnancy pain (bigger vagina equals easier birth) anal size affects: sex need fulfillment (tighter fit equals better sex but maybe more pain like with the plugs) breasts size affects: sex need fulfillment (better breastjobs) Craftable sizes for prosthetics/bionics. At one time I thought genital size affected fertility but haven't been able to reproduce that. Just the age range. Might be a good idea though. If anyone has any additions, corrections, research, comments, questions, etc feel free to post them.

Size does effect pain levels though, especially if you use the Licentia Lab or the other wear and tear mod. Anal Size: Does play a role already, see above. Plus, ladies also basically get a unique body part, why not guys? Although I guess since vanilla Rimworld is very gender dichotomous, game might have some trouble deciding how to handle true herms...
BlunderingFool Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 The main issue with adding balls, I think, is that the rimworld colonists get their sex overwritten as male or female based on sex organs present in their total body after an operation. That's why you can flip-flop them around and cause all kinds of janky fun in the process. If you off-load that to just a balls or ovaries organ then the organ that does the flipping changes, but we still need to then account for several other mood de/buffs to take into account, say having multiple of such organs and possibly conflicting ones. In the end, it's probably best to assume that "Cocks" Come with a prostate and balls free of charge, and that likewise, any pussy does the same, giving a pawn a womb and ovaries tax free since it keeps things simple and, probably much more importantly, neat. If I was developing the mod I wouldn't want to think about how to get the game to behave when (Let's say we go for MAXIMUM SIMULATION!) a pawn is doing something weird, like having four sets of ovaries, no womb, a set of testicles, and a pussy. A situation in which you're lacking the full setup for breeding any which way bar anal bug egg warming, let alone cluing in the game on how to properly define such a pawn since it only knows "I set this pawn as male or female on creation and don't care to think about it until something pokes me.". That speculation ran a lot longer than I thought it would and I'm still not sure it's particularly helpful. But I did get to point out that more complex = programming pain so there's that.
