bigfella67 Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Had a massive conflict between this and cm partners, so bad that had to completely remove the cm partners from the game directory, just wondering if this is a known issue because I didn't see it in the manual, or maybe I did something stupid.

Some scripts in CM overwrite NPC Ai packages that would be a problem in most mods. As we didn't say it in the manual, it's a big mistake from us, we knew about it and should have warned. Sorry for the trouble.

Flyer Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Hi CLS actually stops the initial recruitmnent script of a cmpartners mod. I have played with this problem from CLS 1, it's a dialogue conflict I suspect. With CMPartners if it has an idles routine will continue to run, but that is a far as it goes. The only CMPartners mods I have seen affect CLS are the ones where the 'idles or persoality' routines activation priorties are set high, and over ride the idles scripts calls in CLS animations scripts - and that conflict tends to stop CLS in it's tracks. If any has any ideas, please talk to Grumpf as we have a couple of members in the team who have considered CMPartners conversions for CLS NPC's and have dropped the idea because of the 'Brick Wall' presented by the failure of the CMpartners recruitment script when they run with CLS Cheers Flyer Cheers
