It's a summon Seeker spell.

 

....Wait, I got one already...

 

Not this one.

This Seeker has been traveling Tamriel for years...in a group of 4 women.

He lost his aggressiveness and uses his powers in a different way, learned during his travel in the group.

He needs to return in his realm after 5 minutes.

His attractiveness turns everybody near to him into sexmad.

 

Beware, all LL mods will fire.

 

Needs all DLC, SL, SLA(x), CF, SLEN and another mod I made, god of love. (hope I got all)

Lots of depencies, but for me the only way to have him registered in CF.

Reach 120, can be used to place him into a bandit camp. They will loose the aggression and start other things.

 

AS GoL and this mod are esp-fe flagged, it doesn't really matter.

Spell book craftable, spell under conjuration, near the Hentai spell, but extension GoL.

Honestly, sorry but can you be less aggressive with abbrevation use? It doesn't take that much time to write what you mean, makes it a ton easier for the (less experienced) users and make it appear like you actually care about the addons you create.
Personally I can make our SexLab and SexLabAroused Extended (or similar). DLC not sure I would guess the standard official DLC's are meant, but aren't those present in SE by default anyway? So maybe something else? No real clue on the rest of the "abbreviation come together" you served us here, sorry.

the spell effects on my character appear to be never ending. skyui says the effect is done, but my character still has it happening

SLEN = SexLab Eager NPCs but CF - no idea - came in here to ask that

Ok, 

Update, I realized this bug, too.

Was caused by Kynes shout which I used to calm hostiles.

No idea why it's attached to the pc, as I made it an ability for the spawned seeker.

Will search for a solution, meanwhile bandits etc. will remain agro. Just removed this shout to fix it.

 

CF   creature framework, together with MNC = more nasty critters, a must for creature animations.

SL = sexlab, main framework

SLA(X) = sexlab aroused (extented)

SLEN = sexlab eager npc

When a mod uses all DLC, skyrim, dragonborn etc., then I mention this

Actually, you need USSEP unofficial skyrim SE patch, too. But this is a prerequisite for SL (see above)

Btw, if you type in search SLEN, the the site for sexlab eager npc will show up.

 

 

I try to keep my typing short, have to do it with hammer and chissel.

Gonna give this a try, but I already feel the need to add extending the time of the spell beyond 5 minutes may be a good idea.

10 minutes, this is quite long already to endure the effect.
