What sliders is everyone using, any for posture?

I got some random sliders that are included with sims here, messed up my shapes.

No idea what are good now so I'm starting fresh, wondering which were currently used/recommended?

 

I'm especially interest in a leg straightner/posture fix for the bendy legs sims get when u shrink them via lumias height slider (via neck).

I only use facial sliders for adjusting lips, eyes, nose, etc., and CMAR's Breast Separation Slider.

 

Don't like Height sliders myself.

And many body sliders cause strange looking postures especially in CAS.

 

Try Kissing a Sim with a different height and it looks like shit.

Not so good for romantic relationships & married sims.
