Transition to trans/sissy mod

Hey everyone,

 

Was thinking that it would be so nice to have an immersive mod that turns your character from a classic male to a trans/sissy (femboy race mod or just a classic female with a dick), like you enter a house and because someone pet, and your owner cage you, and give you quest to get special spells to change your body.

 

Do you know if some mod like that has been created, or if a project (or discutions about that) like that exists ? 

 

If nothing has been made does any modder would know if it's possible? Would love to learn to create mod like that.
