Breast jiggle while walking (How?)

So I am using the HDT Bounce and Jiggles CBBE Edition and the amount of jiggles I get while walking is almost zero.  Before that, I used this All in One 3BBB Setup and the jiggle while walking was really great and more exaggerated. 

 

What are the parameters I should change so that the breasts will jiggle even if I walk? I tried changing the linear limit, spring constant and damping in the constraints section and inertia, time factor and things in the rigid bodies section and none of them are making them jiggle while walking, minimally if at all anything.

 

If you peeps can provide me with a bounce kit, great! I can at least compare this kit and your kit to see what makes the difference.
