What the title says https://www.patreon.com/shinglescat/posts?sort=published_at trying to use my 3BA body on this mod (with mature skin textures) but I'm getting a neck seam. Not really sure what the process looks like after step 4 here

"1. Go to "textures\SC\0_Followers\000_Morrigan\Body";
2. Drop your preferred textures there;
3. Open included "Masks for body blends.7z" archive, extract the .psd into the folder if you must;
4. Open femalebody textures in a graphic editor of your choice. Open the included .psds;
5. Copy-paste seam files, save the end result;
6. If you get discoloration between the body and the seam, or the specular is too strong/faint, or whatever - adjust that first to better fit the seam color;
7. Save the files;
8. You're amazing."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This probably has nothing to do with your issue, but  maybe it'll be of some help.

While experimenting with RaceMenu one day and its import/export sculpt function I found out that in order to avoid neck seam, you have to paste the sculpt file on the body set to exactly the same weight. Say, if you exported from weight 100, you have to import on weight 100, else there will be a neck seam and it will not be easy to fix. Same with weight 0, 50, 79 or anything else. I don't know what exactly you're trying to do here, but perhaps this information will be useful in some way.

there seems to be a conflation here between neck SEAM and neck GAP. the OP is taking about a seam, which is caused by a texture mismatch.

as far as actually fixing the neck seam problem - which you will have to do with the normals/speculars/skins as well, TexBlend helps streamline the process.

if youre using another texture editor - lets say Gimp - you just load the seamfix texture as a new layer on top of the body texture, resize as necessary if they have different resolution, flatten image and export as .dds. you may need to download a plugin for that, so again i recommend TexBlend. comes with Bodyslide.
