FO4 - Tina Armstrong Follower

I just started using this mod on xbox one And Lucky I managed to get Hold of it before bethesda removed it and it was fun but I had to Make a Restart due to ghost space the person who's uploading your Mods goes by the name of JohnShaft1001 i don't know who's doing it but can you upload it again this mod is Fun Having 4 people Fighting against Deathclaws and zombies

If you're talking about the critters cave, it's actually a trapdoor in the floor.

I stoped uploading mods to Bethesda.net cause they are ridiculous. 
 

if someone is uploading my mods I don’t give them permission but also don’t give a shit enough to waste my time and be a watchdog. Almost every mod I make will violate their prudish TOS for an MA game so things will evenbtually work themselves out there and it’s not my problem. I’m sorry you had to restart and that sucks but unfortunately not to be “one of those” but if you got a pc you would not have to worry about broken bethseda mods. If you deal with bethseda.net on console or pc you have to deal w their bullshit.

NOTE: it seems follower mods were broken by the update. 
 

I have NOT updated nor will I until they update f4se.

 

I intend to update this mod and all other follower mods (outfits seem to be working ok according to reports). 
 

in addition I am working on or have finished the following additional mods and updates but for pre update files.

 

1. update for fo4 epilogue 1 to the stars add on for Marie rose honoka Bayman mod.

 

2. fo4 epilogue 2 darkness and fire adds morrigan follower from dragon age with fully functional shape changing and magic spells based on dao spells. Her shapechange is vastly more powerful as the forms level with her at every level. The spells level at diff intervals. Whatever dip shit that designed her ability in dao didnt just “screw the pooch” w that one but went back for seconds thirds and fourths. This mod adds a villian and many Easter eggs that will likely become a story arc in future mods. 
 

also an add on that like epilogue 1 requires the nightclub.

I was changing the fusion girl preset outfits in bodyslide. When I got to the holiday outfit for the top and bottom, if the preview window is open, bodyslide crashes. If you have it closed, I can change the preset.

 

I used an earlier version of this mod a year or so ago and

Christmas Day in game it would crash when she changed outfits.

I'm wondering if this is the same issue that crashes bodyslide. It took me a long while to realize what was happening. Unfortunately, I had to stop using Tina because of this. I kinda f'd my current game figuring this out.

 

I'm assuming the game crash will still happen because of this. My current game hasn't hit the date yet. I may have to park her at a settlement or load her back after the date. I really like this mod. My only gripe is the sound of her clothes exploding is too loud and her clothes exploding. When you are climbing scaffolding and such, she teleports and misses sometimes falling to the ground blowing her clothes off. Then I have to go through multiple dialogs to get them back on. I wouldn't mind a version where her clothes stays on or just adding to her inventory.

Hmmm- I've seen her in the Christmas outfit in game. I'll have to check the outfits. In the meantime i could maybe add some kind of "skip the holiday" letter you give to her that prevents the outfit from showing. Does it also happen with her Festivus outfit?

 

you can easily change her and get her to stay changed into an outfit by removing or not giving her the "change outfit daily" item. She won't randomly change her outfit. Bass won't listen to you. Thats Just Bass.

 

I put her and other DOA followers into outfits not in their mod all the time. You can select her "Nude" option. then equip her with whatever you want. Just make sure she does not have the "remember to change your clothing" note on her or she will change her outfit the next day.

 

Due to the fallout 4 dialogue system I can't "cut down" the dialogue menus for her outfits. You can just tell her to randomize her outfit if you want her to change.

Thanks for looking into it. It's something with the textures for the upper and lower clothes for the Christmas outfit. The hat is not affected. Christmas day hit in game a little while ago and it crashed. I unpacked the textures bsa and deleted the textures for the outfit. Reloaded the game and no crash. She just had an un-textured outfit. It's possible the texture is corrupted on my end. But I have downloaded this a few times. It's not a big issue now that I figured it out.

@marcuspom I fucked up when I was re-naming the files. the Texture file does not match the Esp file.

 

If you don't want to bother having to redownload the whole thing then Just change the Texture file to Match the Esp or download the latest version that the only change is I renamed the texture file for it to be proper.

 

That looked crazy. sorry about that.

Well... like the others here, Tina gets stuck.

 

Okay... admit in some cases, hand holding just make a mod go by fast... however, in this case, there were just too many bugs to go along with. However, I'm thinking it's also the game, or my load order... I have hundreds, so I don't point fingers.. just inform. 

 

Get to the gym... fight her, get my butt kicked for literally a good 30 mins or so.. finally get her down. She joins up... talks about some critters she needs a handlin'!... and yee haw, you're off.

 

To where though? I have a full Pipboy map with mods on top of mods... even the blank ones can be overshadowed. Quest markers to get you across the map aren't going to kill the mod if the adventure part of it all, doesn't have them. I digress... found the place by reading all the notes here.

 

We get there, she doesn't say a thing unless I talk to her... mentions something about keeping an eye out. We destroy beasts, the ending beast... some guy named Bass Armstrong shows up. 

 

Bass Armstrong after the fight... standing there with his mini-gun, can't speak because "this person is busy". Tina no longer responds now either... she just has four .... periods pop up on screen.

 

Granted I have this alien outfit, and she's hotter than hell.. but now she's a permanent follower because if you can't talk to her, you cannot dismiss her. Even the forced script "player.startconversation" doesn't work and that usually does if a mod is stuck.

 

She's gorgeous though...

Can Confirm, I am having this exact same issue in the questline where after you beat the mole rat boss, you get stuck where you can't talk to neither Tina or Bass
